High pressure reactor «MONIСOR-Autoclave-40» (autoclave) is designed to conduct corrosion researches under the certain corrosion activity of the medium and the reagents performance for corrosion protection by gravimetric method at a pressure of up to 4.0 MPa with stirring medium. The reactor can be used for conducting chemical reactions and for other purposes if the temperature and pressure ranges are maintained.

    The reactor is a vessel with a volume of 1.5 liters with a lid with flange fastening to the vessel body. The autoclave provides stirring of the medium using a magnetic insulated element. The magnetic field has a rotation frequency of up to 1000 rpm. Due to the non-contact stirring method, the reliability and the tightness of the autoclave are increased. To research the corrosion processes in the autoclave sample holders are applied.
